3、Adhesive painting
It is recommended to choose PVC special adhesive, with the adhesive distribution of small brushes dipped in adhesive, paint the joint surface of the pipe and pipe fittings, should be axially painted, the action quickly and evenly coated, and brush the right amount of adhesive, do not miss the coating or coating too thick. Winter construction must pay particular attention to the construction of the socket should be coated first after the socket.
4、The connection of the socket interface
After the socket is painted with adhesive, the pipe should be immediately inserted into the socket in the right direction, so that the pipe end insertion depth in line with the drawn mark, and ensure the straightness of the socket interface and the correct position of the interface, should also be maintained for 2-3 minutes to prevent the interface from slipping off, the error between the nodes of the prefabricated pipe end should be no more than 5mm.
5, the socket interface maintenance
After the socket interface is inserted, the extruded adhesive should be wiped clean with cotton or dry cloth dipped in detergent. According to the performance of the adhesive and climate conditions until the interface is cured. Winter or rainy season construction curing time should be extended appropriately.
